Q. Do I need to be fit or flexible?
A. No, pole builds both of those. You can start with no fitness levels and become stronger over time.
Q. Will I be the only newbie?
A. We have specific beginners classes as well as mixed level class, your instructor will support you in any class you attend. There are new people joining the studio for the first time every week.
Q. I'm feeling a little intimidated and worried I'll be judged
A. We have hundreds of students who have attended the studio can all attest to being nervous to begin with, but they all say they are so glad they started, the community is so supportive and non-judgemental and you are welcome just as you are.

We have a variety of classes to suit total beginners, all fitness levels, all body types.
There are no expectations when you come to pole dancing at The Wellness Studio and everyone in the studio starts as total beginner, exactly where you are right now.
